There are 5  production Lines in Shenzhen San He Xing Ye Technology Co, Ltd. ——Including Silicone rubber strap line ,TPU, Genuine leather strap line,Nylon&Canvas strap line ,quartz & mechanical line, and watch accessories line including watch buckles and so on.There are injection workshop，Hydraulic workshop，Spraying and silk-screen，strap processing，watches workshop，store management in our factory.

We have also established a perfect and comprehensive quality management system, and all employees are subject to professional training.The production process is very rigorous. For example, the production Line of silicone rubber watch strap.Fristly,Raw Materials Storage, IQC, Die Sinking ,Silicone Mixing,Silicone Cutting,Silicone Molding Process,The first Trimming ,The second Trimming , Injection molding,trimming,spraying,drying,Injection Molding,Assembly,Cleaning, Packing, finished products.

There are over 100 workers in our production line.In  addition,  we have a strong R&D team.about 10 people.Finally, 100%  product Quality Assurance.the watch strap purchased in our company, with as long as 365 days warranty, watches with half year warranty. 100% satisfaction guarantee, adhere to the concept that is quality first, customer first, continuous innovation, the pursuit of perfection.We pride ourselves on high quality products and customer service.We will follow up every step of the production process.QC team are 3-5 people. All products have to pass a strict inspection by the QC department before packing.Before shipment, the customer can send a QC here to check the quality or authorize a third party to check the quality.After delivery, we will track the quality of products and do our best to let customers receive our products satisfactorily.
